Beta software

SewerHub is currently in beta. Features, modules, and workflows may change, and the service may have bugs, downtime, or data-model changes as it develops. It's currently operated by an individual, not a registered company. Use it with that in mind — keep your own copies of anything critical, and don't treat SewerHub as your only record of anything you can't afford to lose.

Your organization's account

Whoever registers an organization becomes its first administrator and is responsible for what happens inside that workspace — inviting the right people, setting accurate module and position permissions, and keeping login credentials (including any admin PIN) reasonably secure. Your organization owns the data it enters into SewerHub; SewerHub stores and processes it on your behalf.

Acceptable use

Don't use SewerHub to:

• Access, or attempt to access, another organization's data without permission
• Interfere with the service, probe it for security weaknesses without permission, or overload it
• Upload content you don't have the right to store, or use SewerHub for anything unlawful
• Share a Contractor Access login with anyone outside the company it was created for

Compliance and inspection modules aren't a substitute for professional judgment

Modules like DMR & Compliance Log, SSO Incident Log, and CCTV defect grading are built to help your team track and organize regulatory-adjacent data, using common field conventions (for example, PACP-style defect coding). They are not an officially certified compliance or PACP assessment tool, and they don't replace your organization's own judgment, your permit's specific requirements, or a qualified inspector's review. Always verify anything SewerHub calculates or flags before relying on it for an official submission.

No warranty

SewerHub is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent allowed by law, SewerHub and its operator aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of it.

Ending your organization's use

You can stop using SewerHub at any time. SewerHub may suspend or end an organization's access for violating these terms, or as part of winding down a feature or the beta itself, with notice where reasonably possible. If your organization's account is closed, its data is handled per the Privacy Policy's retention terms — email chrisnowdev@gmail.com to request an export or deletion.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change as SewerHub develops, especially as it moves toward a paid product. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continuing to use SewerHub after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
